Construction set to commence in the coming weeks

Construction will commence in the coming weeks on boutique apartment project, The Jefferson, at Palm Beach.

Developed by Lacey Group, the project is a collection of 46 spacious one, two and three bedroom residences, with beautiful views and high quality finishes. The apartments have been architecturally designed to suit the different needs of people looking to call the Gold Coast home.
Lacey Group director, Adam Lacey, said The Jefferson had been designed to suit a range of lifestyles.

“We worked closely with BDA Architects to design apartments that were both functional and contemporary, with generously-sized floor plans – up to 162 square metres – and floor-to-ceiling windows that captured views, natural light and breezes,” Mr Lacey said. “The Jefferson also features resident-only facilities, including an exclusive recreation deck with a plunge pool, barbecue and private lounge area.”

Brendan Andrews of McGrath Estate Agents said the Jefferson’s beachside position and renowned street address were major drawcards. “The Jefferson’s position – where you can literally walk out the front door and be on the beach in less than 100 steps – coupled with its recognisable and well-regarded address has made it an attractive option for these buyers.”

Located on Jefferson Lane between Palm Beach Avenue and Fifth Avenue, The Jefferson is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the burgeoning restaurant and cafe scene, as well as the convenience of living opposite a retail precinct that features a Coles supermarket, chemist and specialty retailers.
