McGrath appointed to The Jefferson

Lacey Group has appointed renowned southern Gold Coast agents Tony Holland and Brendan Andrews, of McGrath Estate Agents, to market the region’s newest project, The Jefferson at Palm Beach.

The new project, situated on Palm Beach’s most famous strip, Jefferson Lane, launched to the market this week and will feature 46 one, two and three bedroom apartments, many with beach views, over eight levels.

Lacey Group director Adam Lacey said Mr Holland and Mr Andrews had each established a strong reputation on the southern Gold Coast, making them the top choice for The Jefferson.

“We are excited to have both agents on board.  They know this area extremely well, are highly experienced and renowned for their personalised service,” he said.

“Both Tony and Brendan worked closely with our team in the lead up to the launch and we have already been fielding interest from prospective buyers, who have been waiting for some time for the opportunity to secure a new apartment in Palm Beach, with the Gold Coast’s southern beaches the city’s most undersupplied market.”

Mr Holland has marketed a number of premium residential apartment projects and major land estates both on the Gold Coast and in Northern NSW; while Mr Andrews has won multiple suburb, state and national awards during his 15 years in the business on the southern Gold Coast.

The Jefferson will feature frontages to the Gold Coast Highway and Jefferson Lane, between Fourth Avenue and Palm Beach Avenue.

The apartments will be just metres from the sand, at the centre of Palm Beach’s vibrant restaurant and retail village and opposite a Coles supermarket, and will start from $375,000.
