Reside by the seaside in Southbreak – Kirra’s dreamy new beachfront project

A new six-storey boutique apartment project is soon to grace the northern end of the Kirra beachside, with renowned Gold Coast developer The Lacey Group last week launching its latest residential undertaking – the $16-million Southbreak on Kirra’s Golden Four Drive.

The luxury Southbreak project will feature just 20 residential apartments in a carefully designed low-rise building, which intends to complement its seaside locale rather then dominate it. The collection features a mix of two-bedroom apartments priced from $579, 000, three-bedroom apartments from $895,000, as well as two luxurious double-storey penthouses (yes please).Award-winning architects BDA are behind Southbreak’s contemporary coastal design. Each apartment is configured to welcome natural light, with the majority of floors featuring uninterrupted ocean views over the pristine Kirra beachfront. A swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor lounge area will create a rooftop sanctuary for residents, while a multi-purpose cinema lounge and function space will provide the ultimate chill-out zone. Construction is due to commence in late 2018, with completion expected in late 2019.
