Last chance for Jefferson

There is one apartment left in the boutique development The Jefferson as construction wraps up at its Palm Beach site.

The eight-storey tower has achieved $32 million in sales, with its first residents expected to move in before spring.

All but one of the 46 apartments has been snapped up, with the remaining unit on the market for $399,000.

The project marks the first for the Lacey Group and the inaugural solo development for director Adam Lacey, whose late father was renowned property developer and surf lifesaving champion Peter Lacey.

“The quality of the design, the build and finishes are first class and the setting is second to none so I’m just really excited for our residents.” he said.

“The success of The Jefferson has meant we were able to bring forward construction on our second project, Southbreak at North Kirra, which is on track for completion in late 2019.

Settlements were earmarked for mid August with the first residents expected to move in soon after.
